Dr. Alvarez covers several different strategies such as "Let Them Play", Sight and Sounds w/ Tactile Poems, Telling Stories w/ Verbs and Phrases, Speak and Listen w/ Visualizing Art, and SEL and the Arts.
Inspired by a work of art, teachers created a tactile poem with adjectives and nouns of the different textures within the art piece.
