Parking Rates & Information:

• Valet Parking is being covered by ECELA for TWO nights. If you have extended your stay, the costs will be charged to your account. 

Please note- A light jacket or sweater is highly recommended in meeting spaces. You may wish to pack comfortable shoes and clothing as some activities will require walking.  It can be warm in the daytime and cool in the evening. Layers work well.   

Electronic Devices- Please bring your charged computer, mobile devices, batteries, extension cords, additional computers, and anything else you need. Wi-Fi will be provided. Please note: You will need an electronic device through out the Institute.

Day 1 ECELA Leadership Institute - Wed., July 24, 2024:

• 2:00PM-3:00PM: Please plan on arriving to The Omni Hotel, located at 251 S Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (Earlier is ok if you want to explore the area, lots to see and experience!)
• 3:00PM-4:00PM Welcome Reception and Registration-The Colburn Café. We will begin promptly at 4:00PM in Olive Rehearsal Hall.
• Dinner will be served.

Day 2 ECELA Leadership Institute - Thurs., July 25, 2024:

• 7:00AM-8:00AM Check-In/ Registration and Breakfast- The Colburn Café
• 8:00AM-4:00PM Leadership Institute continues- Colburn School, Olive Rehearsal Hall
• 11:50AM-12:45PM Lunch- The Colburn Café
• 4:00PM Team Bonding
• Dinner On Your Own

Day 3 ECELA Leadership Institute  Fri., July 26, 2024:

• 7:00AM-8:00AM Team Breakfast- The Noe Restaurant at the Omni Hotel
• 8:00AM-1:00PM Leadership Institute continues- The Colburn School, Olive Rehearsal Hall
• 1:00PM Lunch- The Colburn Café
